Master body mechanics, mobility, core stabilization, and learn to build strength that handles the daily grind being a college athlete. You will also learn to implement recovery standards and how to increase your fitness level!

Learn to take command of your thoughts & feelings. You control what gets your attention and how you respond to circumstances. Get to another level where you choose discomfort, push through limits, and develop unshakeable confidence! Find out what you’re truly capable of… what you’re made of!
MENTAL & EMOTIONAL MASTERY
Train yourself to embrace discomfort and thrive under pressure! Chaos happens….and how we respond is everything. Learn to control your nervous system and be calm in the chaos so you can make clear decisions and still show up the way that you want. Discomfort and pressure don’t have to steer you in the wrong direction. Stay in it!
Cold Plunge Challenge
Learn the skill of present moment focus so you can operate with heightened clarity of what’s going on around you. Our minds are constantly wandering so training it to stay calm and focus on just one thing allows you to have greater impact. Your breath is your anchor! We’ll practice mindfulness on the beach and utilize the power of nature to refuel!
Mindfulness & Breathwork
Learn to slow down and listen to yourself. Reflection is key to growth. Provided with journal prompts you can begin to think deeper and discover more about who you want to be and how you want to show up in life and game. You will find the power within yourself!
Solitude & Stillness
You will have unlimited access to me throughout the event for real-time coaching, guidance & support! There will be plenty of opportunities for conversations! You and I will also connect virtually a few times prior to the event so I can be dialed in on what you want!
Personal Mentorship
This is about serious athletes pushing each other to new levels! Going through an immersive experience together creates a tight bond. Athletes begin connecting prior to arrival so we can have deeper conversations right away. They create a safe space together with authenticity and an openness to being challenged.
Small Group Setting
Our home base for this immersive experience will be a beautiful beach house! Your stay as well as all healthy meals and snacks are included. Any special nutrition needs are accommodated. We will be a family for a few days together!
BEACH HOUSE ACCOMMODATIONS
This is personal development at another level! Initial focus will be having a deep internal knowledge for stability. Highlights will be a Personal Ethos which includes writing your own personal brand of excellence! Emphasis on choosing power & belief from within versus searching for it outside of self. Developing the ability to handle challenges, discomfort and uncertainty better. Some key skills learned: mental & emotional agility, the practice of stillness & mindfulness, and use of empowering body language. This is the Resilient Person. Building an inner fortress that dominates in life and sport!

Emphasis will be put on proper body mechanics, landing mechanics and deceleration as this attention to detail is vital for body control. We’ll also focus on proper recovery, flexibility, and the exercise of yoga to stay healthy. This is the entire picture of what it means to be the Resilient Athlete. Building a body that withstands the daily grind and dominates at the college level! My strength & conditioning specialist Allison Stucky will be leading the Resilient Athletes!
