One of the wonderful things Big D does is coach our coaches. She has focused on polishing the strengths in each of our leadership styles and guides us in developing new and better methods to effectively communicate with our players.

During my college years, she empowered me and gave me the tools to develop the most important aspect of an athlete’s success, the mental game. Big D is a master of influence. She gives people confidence and inspires them to strive for excellence, to find greatness within themselves.
